SPINPOP 개인정보처리방침

1. 개요

SPINPOP은 간단한 아케이드 게임입니다. 현재 버전은 회원가입, 로그인, 결제, 구독 기능을 제공하지 않으며, 사용자의 이메일 주소, 전화번호, 연락처, 위치, 사진, 카메라, 마이크 정보를 직접 요청하거나 수집하지 않습니다.

게임 진행에 필요한 점수, 설정, 스킨, 업적 정보는 기본적으로 사용자의 기기 안에 저장됩니다. 사용자가 월드 랭킹 기능을 이용하는 경우, 랭킹 등록과 표시를 위해 일부 게임 기록이 서버로 전송될 수 있습니다.

2. 기기 안에 저장되는 정보

SPINPOP은 게임 기능을 제공하기 위해 브라우저 저장소(localStorage 등)에 다음 정보를 저장할 수 있습니다.

기기 안에 저장된 데이터는 사용자가 설정에서 초기화하거나, 브라우저 데이터 삭제 또는 앱 삭제를 하기 전까지 남아 있을 수 있습니다.

3. 월드 랭킹

사용자가 개인 기록을 갱신하여 월드 랭킹 등록 조건을 만족하는 경우, 다음 정보가 월드 랭킹 서버로 전송 및 저장될 수 있습니다.

월드 랭킹에 등록된 닉네임, 순위, 점수는 다른 이용자에게 표시될 수 있습니다. 랭킹 목록을 표시할 때에는 화면에 필요하지 않은 내부 플레이어 ID를 공개하지 않습니다.

주간 랭킹은 정해진 주기마다 갱신되며, 역대 랭킹은 서비스 운영을 위해 보관될 수 있습니다. 각 랭킹은 최대 100,000위까지 저장될 수 있으며, 범위 밖 기록은 순위 밖으로 처리될 수 있습니다.

4. 공유 기능

사용자가 직접 공유 버튼을 누르면 점수 문구, 게임 링크, 결과 이미지 또는 미리보기 정보가 사용자가 선택한 앱이나 브라우저 공유 기능으로 전달될 수 있습니다. 공유할지 여부와 공유 대상은 사용자가 선택합니다.

카카오톡, 텔레그램, 브라우저, 운영체제 공유 시트 등 외부 서비스로 이동하거나 공유하는 경우, 해당 서비스의 개인정보 처리방침이 적용됩니다. SPINPOP은 사용자의 연락처 목록을 읽거나 자동으로 메시지를 보내지 않습니다.

5. 호스팅 및 접속 기록

SPINPOP이 웹 또는 랭킹 서버로 제공될 때, Cloudflare, Netlify 등 호스팅 제공자 또는 네트워크 인프라는 서비스 제공, 보안, 오류 대응을 위해 IP 주소, 브라우저 정보, 접속 시간, 요청 URL 등 일반적인 접속 기록을 처리할 수 있습니다.

SPINPOP은 신규 유입과 서비스 상태를 파악하기 위해 임의 생성 플레이어 ID를 기준으로 첫 실행, 세션 시작, 언어, 플랫폼, 앱 버전, 클라이언트 버전, 간단한 유입 출처 힌트, 접속 국가 등 제한적인 진단 이벤트를 자체 랭킹 서버에 기록할 수 있습니다. 이 이벤트에는 사용자의 이메일 주소, 전화번호, 연락처, 사진, 카메라, 마이크 정보 또는 정확한 위치 정보가 포함되지 않습니다.

Android 앱 버전에는 Google Firebase Analytics와 Google AdMob 광고 SDK가 포함될 수 있으며, Google은 앱 사용 분석, 광고 제공과 부정 사용 방지를 위해 기기 및 광고 관련 정보를 처리할 수 있습니다.

6. 광고, 분석, 결제

Android 앱 버전에는 Google AdMob 광고 SDK를 통한 보상형 광고와 전면광고, Google Firebase Analytics를 통한 앱 사용 분석 기능이 포함될 수 있습니다. 현재 인앱 결제, 구독, 계정 기반 기능은 포함되어 있지 않습니다.

분석 이벤트는 유지율, 플레이 횟수, 기능 사용, 안정성, 업데이트 동작, 신규 유입 여부를 이해하고 SPINPOP을 개선하기 위해 사용됩니다.

7. 보관 및 삭제

기기 안에 저장된 게임 데이터는 게임 설정 메뉴의 초기화, 브라우저 데이터 삭제, 앱 삭제를 통해 삭제할 수 있습니다.

월드 랭킹 서버에 제출된 기록은 랭킹 운영, 부정 이용 방지, 오류 대응을 위해 보관될 수 있습니다. 닉네임 변경은 게임 내 월드 랭킹 화면에서 할 수 있으며, 서버에 제출된 랭킹 기록의 삭제 또는 숨김 요청은 아래 문의 이메일로 요청할 수 있습니다.

8. 아동의 개인정보

SPINPOP은 아동의 개인정보를 고의로 수집하지 않습니다. 보호자가 아동의 개인정보가 수집되었다고 판단하는 경우 아래 문의처로 연락해 주시면 필요한 조치를 검토하겠습니다.

9. 보안

SPINPOP은 개인정보 처리를 최소화하고, 랭킹 등록에 필요한 게임 기록만 제한적으로 처리합니다. 다만 인터넷을 통한 서비스 제공 과정에서 어떠한 방식도 100% 안전하다고 보장할 수는 없습니다.

10. 제3자 서비스

SPINPOP은 서비스 제공, 랭킹, 광고 또는 공유 기능을 위해 다음과 같은 제3자 서비스와 연동될 수 있습니다.

제3자 서비스가 처리하는 정보는 각 서비스의 정책에 따라 관리됩니다.

본 방침은 게임 기능, 배포 방식, 법령 또는 스토어 정책 변경에 따라 수정될 수 있습니다. 중요한 변경이 있을 경우 앱 또는 웹페이지를 통해 고지합니다.

SPINPOP Privacy Policy

1. Overview

SPINPOP is a simple arcade game. The current version does not provide account registration, login, payments, or subscriptions. SPINPOP does not directly request or collect your email address, phone number, contacts, location, photos, camera data, or microphone data.

Gameplay data such as scores, settings, skins, and achievements is primarily stored on your device. If you use the World Ranking feature, some gameplay records may be sent to a server for ranking submission and display.

2. Data Stored On Your Device

SPINPOP may store gameplay and settings data on your device using browser storage such as localStorage.

Data stored on your device may remain until you reset it in settings, clear browser data, or remove the app.

3. World Ranking

When you set a personal record that qualifies for World Ranking submission, the following data may be sent to and stored on the World Ranking server.

Your nickname, rank, and score may be displayed to other users when your score appears in World Ranking. Internal player IDs that are not needed for display are not exposed in leaderboard lists.

Weekly rankings are refreshed on a regular schedule. All-time rankings may be retained for service operation. Each leaderboard may store up to 100,000 ranks, and records outside that range may be treated as out of rank.

4. Sharing

If you choose to share a result, the score text, game link, result image, or preview information may be sent to the app or browser sharing feature you select. You decide whether to share and where to share.

When you share through KakaoTalk, Telegram, your browser, or your operating system's share sheet, those third-party services' privacy policies apply. SPINPOP does not read your contacts or send messages automatically.

5. Hosting And Access Logs

When SPINPOP is provided as a web service or ranking server, hosting providers or network infrastructure such as Cloudflare and Netlify may process ordinary access information such as IP address, browser information, request time, and requested URL for service delivery, security, and troubleshooting.

SPINPOP may record limited diagnostic events on its own ranking server to understand new acquisition and service health. These events may include a randomly generated player ID, first-open events, session-start events, language, platform, app version, client version, a simple source hint, and access country. These events do not include your email address, phone number, contacts, photos, camera data, microphone data, or precise location.

The Android app version may include Google Firebase Analytics to understand basic app usage, session activity, screen transitions, gameplay starts and results, sharing actions, update checks, app version, platform, language, and similar diagnostic events. SPINPOP does not send your email address, phone number, contacts, photos, camera data, microphone data, or precise location through analytics events created by the app. Google may also process technical identifiers and device information according to Google's policies.

The Android app version may also include the Google AdMob advertising SDK, and Google may process device and advertising-related information to provide ads and prevent abuse.

6. Advertising, Analytics, And Payments

The Android app version may include rewarded ads and interstitial ads through the Google AdMob advertising SDK, and app usage analytics through Google Firebase Analytics. The current version does not include in-app purchases, subscriptions, or account-based features.

Analytics events are used to understand retention, play counts, feature usage, stability, and update behavior so that SPINPOP can be improved.

7. Retention And Deletion

Gameplay data stored on your device can be deleted by resetting progress in the in-game settings menu, clearing browser data, or removing the app.

Ranking records submitted to the World Ranking server may be retained for ranking operation, abuse prevention, and troubleshooting. You can change your nickname in the World Ranking screen. To request deletion or hiding of submitted ranking records, contact us at the email address below.

8. Children's Privacy

SPINPOP does not knowingly collect personal information from children. If you believe a child's personal information has been collected, please contact us.

9. Security

SPINPOP minimizes personal data processing and only processes gameplay records needed for ranking. However, no internet-based service can be guaranteed to be 100% secure.

10. Third-Party Services

SPINPOP may interact with third-party services for hosting, ranking, advertising, or sharing features, including:

Data handled by third-party services is governed by their own policies.

11. Changes

This policy may be updated when game features, distribution methods, laws, or store policies change. Material changes will be announced through the app or website.
